However, if you have preferences regarding time, branch office or post office pick-up, we will accept your request to specify a delivery company.

* Items in stock will be shipped within 3 days of ordering (excluding weekends, holidays, and long holidays)
● Items that are out of stock (pre-order items)
Please allow some time for delivery as we are currently creating our inventory. We will contact you with the expected delivery date after confirming your order.
● Made-to-order items will be shipped approximately one month after ordering.
If you would like to have your item engraved, it will be shipped approximately 2 weeks after your order.
● Made to order + engraved . Shipped approximately one and a half months after order.
● In-stock items + made-to-order items
If you purchase both in-stock and made-to-order items in a single order, we will ship your order as soon as the items are available.
If you would like to receive an item that is in stock first, please contact us using the inquiry form .
*For made-to-order products and engraved products, if the delivery period includes long holidays such as the New Year holidays, it may take 1 to 2 weeks longer than usual.
