After you complete your order, we will always send you an "L&Co. Order Confirmation (automatic email)".
If you do not receive this email, it may be due to the following reasons:
(1) The email was sorted into the "junk mail" folder upon receipt.
Depending on the settings of your email software or antivirus software, or your provider's spam filters, emails may be sorted into your spam folder. Please check your spam folders.
(2) Restrictions on receiving emails (domain-specific reception) are set
Please set up your email settings to receive emails from "support@l-co-shop.jp" .

(3) The address you entered is incorrect
If you suspect that you may have registered an incorrect email address, we will check the registration status.

(4) If you change to a new rate plan: "ahamo", "povo", or "LINEMO"
You cannot use carrier email with the new rate plan. If you register as a member with a mobile email address and then change to the above plan, please change the registered email address to another address (Gmail, Yahoo Mail, etc.) from "My Page".
If you placed an order before changing your email address, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us here.
We will send you emails such as "payment confirmation", "notification of expected delivery date of product", and "product shipping notification". Please set your email settings to receive emails from "store@l-co.jp" until the delivery is complete. Thank you for your cooperation.
Check out the chain types below:
① If you want to use it at its maximum length, pass the spring ring through the hole in the plate.
② If you want to use it shorter, first pass the spring ring through the adjuster tube, then pass the spring ring through the hole in the plate.
* Silicone may become hard in winter. Hold the ball and chain firmly and pull with a little bit of force. Pulling too hard may cause damage, so please handle with care.
At our store, we do not send postcards or other items when making payments at convenience stores, but instead use a service called "Paidy (deferred payment)."
"Paidy" is a service that allows you to pay your monthly bills in one lump sum at a bank or convenience store.
When your order is confirmed, you will receive an email from Paidy (noreply@paidy.com) with information about billing details, usage status, and payment methods. Please check the email you received after placing your order.

On the login screen at the URL above, enter the mobile phone number and email address you used when registering, and then enter the verification code sent to your mobile phone number to log in.
After placing your order, you will receive an email from "no-reply@komoju.com" titled "Payment to L&Co." The email contains your customer number, confirmation number, and payment method, which are necessary for payment. Please check the email and make your payment by the deadline.
