We always send a "[L&Co.] Confirmation of your order (automatically sent email)" after completing your order.
If you do not receive this email, it may be due to one of the following reasons.
(1) Sorted into the "junk mail folder" when received
Depending on the settings of your e-mail software or anti-virus software, or your provider's anti-spam measures, the e-mail may have been sorted into the junk e-mail folder. Please check folders such as spam.
(2) You have set email reception restrictions (domain specified reception)
Please set so that you can receive emails from "store@l-co.jp" .

(3) Wrong address entered
If there is a possibility that you have registered an incorrect e-mail address, we will investigate the registration status.

(4) If you change to the new rate plan "ahamo", "povo" or "LINEMO"
Carrier mail cannot be used with the new billing plan. If you change to the above plan after registering as a member with your mobile email address, please change your registered email address to another address (gmail, Yahoo email, etc.) from "My Page". .
If you have placed an order before changing your email address, please contact us from here.
We will send you an email with information such as "payment confirmation", "notification of the estimated delivery date of the product", and "notice of product shipment". Please set your settings so that you can receive emails from "store@l-co.jp" until the delivery is completed. Thank you very much.

① If you want to use the maximum length, pass the pull ring through the hole in the plate.
② If you want to use it for a short time, first pass the pull ring through the adjuster tube. After that, pass the pull ring through the hole in the plate.
*Silicon may harden in winter. Hold both the ball and the chain firmly and pull them with a little stronger force. Forcible pulling may cause damage, so please handle with care.
At our store, we do not send postcards, etc. for payment after payment at convenience stores, and we use a service called "pay after payment".
"Payday" is a service that allows you to pay for your monthly usage at a bank or convenience store all at once.
An email will be sent from Paydy (noreply@paidy.com) regarding the billing details, usage status, and payment method when the order is confirmed. After ordering, please check the received email.

After completing your order, you will receive an email from "no-reply@komoju.com" titled "Payment to L&Co.". The "customer number, confirmation number, and payment method" required for payment are listed, so please check and make payment by the deadline.
