Regarding product handling

Handling

  • Jewelry is made very delicately and if it is subjected to impact or excessive force it may become deformed or broken. Please handle with care.
  • Please remove your jewelry when doing heavy work, playing sports, swimming, bathing in the sea, taking a bath, cooking, caring for children, or sleeping, as it may become deformed, damaged, or cause unexpected harm.
  • If you experience any skin abnormalities such as itching or rash, discontinue use immediately and consult a medical specialist.
  • Chains used in necklaces, etc. may break if more force is applied than necessary.
    For safety reasons, the fastener part (the jump ring just below the plate) is not soldered (glued). If you are concerned about the jump ring opening, we can repair it for a fee, so please contact us.

Care instructions

  • After use, gently wipe off any moisture or dirt with a soft cloth that is free of abrasives or chemicals, and store away from direct sunlight, high temperatures and humidity.
  • Rubbing with silver polish or abrasive cloths may cause small scratches on the surface of the base metal. In particular, there is a risk of damaging the texture of coated or matte-finished items, so please use at your own risk.
  • Special gemstones such as pearls and opals are extremely sensitive to water and sweat, so do not leave them as they are after use. Instead, wipe them gently with a soft, non-abrasive cloth before storing them.

Aftercare

  • Repairs will be carried out by shipping.
    *We will provide you with a quote after we have inspected the item.
    *We also offer free repairs within two weeks of purchase, but only if the item is deemed defective upon purchase. We will contact you as soon as we have confirmed the condition of the item.

Storage

  • Please do not store your jewelry in a jewelry case or jewelry box for a long period of time. In particular, if the item is coated, it may react with components in the air and discolor if it is stored for a long period of time without being used.
    After use, we recommend wiping it with a soft cloth and storing it in a vinyl zip-lock bag to prevent it from coming into contact with air as much as possible.
