Products ordered from the L&Co. official online shop will be delivered from Yamanashi Prefecture via Japan Post or Yamato Transport.
We do not deliver from overseas.

3: Consult the Consumer Affairs Agency Please contact the National Consumer Affairs Center of Japan Consumer Hotline (no area code 188) or your local consumer affairs center.
If you receive a suspicious package that you do not recognize, please refuse to accept it.
